Rental Rates for The Traveler's House:

1.       Week Days  (Sunday–Thursday) = $350 for 2-night minimum stay ($100 each additional Weekday Night, $150 additional Weekend Night) 

2.       One Week Day Night/1 Weekend Night = $400 for 2-night minimum stay, ($100 each additional Weekday Night, $150 additional Weekend Night) 

3.       Week End (Friday/Saturday) = $450 for 2-night minimum stay, ($100 each additional Weekday Night)  Note: Thanksgiving Eve, Thanksgiving Night, Christmas Eve, Christmas Night, New Year's Eve, New Year's Night, and the nights of July 3 and 4 are billed at Weekend Rates.

4.       Full week (7 nights) = $900  ($100 each additional Weekday Night, $150 additional Weekend Night) 

5.       Two weeks = $1,500 

6.       Three weeks = $2,050 

7.       Per month = $2,500 

8.       Longer contracts negotiable. 

9.      Reservations taken more than 60 days in advance MUST BE at least 1-week in length. 

10.    Reservations for stays 2-6 nights can only be guaranteed within a 60-day time window. 

10% Weekend or Full Week Discount  if limited to 1 or 2 guests.

20% Discount if both properties are rented at the same time – great for weddings and reunions!

·         Two night minimum stay. 

·         No additional cleaning charges at end of stay. 

·         $400 security deposit prepaid (refunded if no damage to property) or optional $39 per rental (nonrefundable) CSA Property Insurance Policy.  

·            Absolutely NO pets or inside smoking.  (Security deposit will be retained in full if policy is violated.)
